Scoop neck front comes about two fingers' width below my collar bones. Arm holes are adequate, don't sag or leave the sides of your bra visible and the front is cut wide enough to cover any pudge between your bra strap and arm. Length hits at knees on my 5'5\" bootie frame. Material is not sheer, but is light and flowy - doesn't cling and is cool. The only disappointment is the colors are more muted, not as vibrant as the pics - good enough I will keep and order another pattern.
